Recognition at local enterprise awards ceremony for SCANDLE researcher

At the Investors in Work Related and Enterprise Learning (IWREL) Awards held at St Mellion International  Resort last month, University of Plymouth and SCANDLE researcher Martin Coath was recognised for his “significant contribution” to the initiative.

Dr Coath’s involvement is through the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM) Ambassador network whose members offer time and enthusiasm to help schools inspire young people.
Started in 1997, the awards, which are backed by the Quality Standards Framework, are assessed by the Cornwall, Devon, or Tamar Business Partnerships.
